Job summary

Mariani Enterprises, LLC in New Jersey is seeking a Landscape Sales Designer to lead client-facing sales from initial consultation through proposal and project development. You’ll combine design sensibility with relationship building to deliver compelling landscape solutions.

Work closely with Design, Construction, and Maintenance teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to execution. Compensation includes commission based on project development and closed business.

Qualifications

• Degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, or a related field.
• Licensure as Landscape Architect is a plus.
• 3-5 years professional landscape experience.
• Strong CAD and design presentation skills.
• Familiarity with permitting processes and site planning.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Designer/Sales Lead to refine project goals.
• Develop creative landscape designs balancing aesthetics and budgets.
• Create detailed plans and drawings using CAD.
• Lead design development from concept to construction documents.
• Prepare take-offs, estimates, and material specs.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and suppliers.
• Ensure designs meet codes and client feedback.
