Role Description

The Landscape Project Manager is a full-time role based in St Paul, OR. This role oversees landscape installation and maintenance projects from planning through completion, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Daily responsibilities include coordinating crews, scheduling and expediting materials and equipment, managing logistics, and conducting on-site inspections to verify compliance with project specifications and safety guidelines. The Landscape Project Manager communicates with clients, vendors, and team members, prepares project documentation, and monitors progress to resolve issues quickly. This position also supports estimating, work planning, and continuous improvement of field operations.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills, including Project Management and Expediting to coordinate multiple landscape projects and schedules.
• Experience working as an Expeditor and handling Logistics Management to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services.
• Ability to perform thorough Inspection of worksites to maintain safety, quality, and compliance with plans and regulations.
• Knowledge of landscape construction and maintenance practices, including reading plans and understanding site layouts.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, field crews, and suppliers.
• Proven ability to lead teams, prioritize tasks, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic proficiency with project tracking tools and office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, scheduling software).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between worksites in the St Paul, OR area.
• Relevant experience in landscaping, construction, or a related field; formal education in construction management or horticulture is a plus.
