Job summary

W3Global is hiring an experienced Landscape Project Manager in Idaho Falls, ID. This full-time role oversees landscape projects from planning through completion, coordinating crews, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and schedules to ensure on-time delivery and profitability.

The ideal candidate will read plans, manage multiple projects, maintain safety standards, and communicate clearly with customers, estimators, designers, vendors, and field teams.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing landscape, construction, hardscape, irrigation, or related projects.
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
  • Knowledge of scheduling, job costing, labor tracking, and materials management.
  • Ability to read plans and understand project scopes.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, accountability, and profitability.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Experience with project management or business software is a plus.
  • Spanish-speaking ability is a major plus, but not required.

  • Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations
