Job summary

The Yard Butler, Idaho Falls, is seeking an experienced Landscape Project Manager to oversee landscape projects from planning through completion. You will coordinate customers, crews, materials, equipment, schedules, vendors, and budgets to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, profitably, and to company standards.

Responsibilities include managing projects end-to-end, supervising crews and subcontractors, and ensuring quality and profitability while maintaining strong client

Qualifications

• Experience managing landscape, construction, hardscape, irrigation, or related projects.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Working knowledge of scheduling, job costing, labor tracking, and materials management.
• Ability to read plans and understand project scopes.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, accountability, and profitability.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with project management or business software is a plus.
• Spanish-speaking ability is a major plus, but not required.

• Identify project risks and resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and status updates.
• Support effective handoffs between sales, estimating, production, and customers.
• Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
