Job summary

Air Comfort, Inc. is seeking a Draftsman/Designer to support residential design projects from site analysis through construction, working closely with Project Directors and field teams.

You will produce precise base maps, renderings, and documentation using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and the Adobe Creative Suite. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with site analysis, grade/elevation point collection, and base-map development.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present plans at city meetings for board review and variance requests.
• Gather field measurements and collect grade and elevation points to develop residential site base maps.
• Produce detailed drawings and visualizations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Collaborate with Project Directors throughout the design process and coordinate with the construction team during project installation phases.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Education

Degree in MLA, BLA, B. Arch, Certified Draftsman, or equivalent experience
