C2 Collaborative is an award-winning Landscape Architectural firm seeking a Project Designer to join our team in California. You will work under supervision of a Project Manager, Associate, and/or Principal, contributing to client presentations and the creation of construction document packages.

You will have opportunities to enhance graphic and technical abilities while advancing through project processes and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture, graphic design, architecture, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in producing conceptual/schematic design presentations and documentation sets.
• Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and visual communication skills.
• Ability to be creative and technical with a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project team with drafting, redlines, and preparation of drawings and documents throughout various project phases.
• Develop proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software to support plans, details, and project documentation.
• Support the preparation and organization of construction document packages under the direction of the Job Captain or Project Manager.
• Assist with organizing and incorporating consultant information into project drawings and files.
• Help prepare basic diagrams, exhibits, and presentation materials for internal reviews and client meetings.
• Maintain organized project files and follow drafting standards for accuracy and consistency.
• Continue developing technical, graphic, and professional skills while gaining exposure to the firm’s processes.

As a Project Designer at our firm, you will work under the guidance of a supervising Project Manager, Associate, and/or Principal in charge. You will be involved in various aspects of project development, from generating client presentations to preparing comprehensive construction document packages. Key Responsibilities

Compensation

The expected hiring range for this position is $64,000 - $69,000 annually. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, and role alignment. We offer a comprehensive benefit plan that includes medical, dental, prescription, life insurance, long‑term disability insurance, Flexible Spending Account, and both a Traditional and Roth 401(k) account. We also provide a generous vacation plan, sick time, paid holidays, and half-day Fridays.
