Job summary

Mariani Landscape is seeking a Crew Operations Manager in Westmont, IL to oversee field crews, ensure safety and quality, and enforce company policies on each site.

You will train crews, schedule work, review time sheets, coordinate with production staff, and communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and efficient project delivery. A strong background in landscape maintenance and a valid IL driver's license are required; benefits include a 401(k), medical, dental, vision, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years field experience.
• Knowledge of equipment and plant materials used in landscape maintenance.
• Strong communication skills with external clients and Mariani associates.
• Ability to lead and train crews and enforce policy.

Responsibilities

• Follow company policies, procedures, and work standards.
• Inspect sites to ensure Mariani quality standards.
• Lead weekly foreman safety and training meetings.
• Train all crew members on techniques, equipment operation, pest identification and control measures.
• Provide crews with daily schedules and instructions.
• Supervise the daily activities and performance of the maintenance crews.
• Interact daily with the other Production Coordinators and assist in scheduling of jobs.
• Assist in snow removal planning and client calls.
• Ensure accurate time sheets and paperwork.
• Contribute toMariani initiatives and improve service offerings.
