Job summary

Juniper seeks a Landscape Production Manager to oversee operations for large HOA portfolios and commercial sites. You will schedule crews, coordinate materials and equipment, and ensure high-quality, cost-effective service while upholding safety and company standards.

You will support Account Managers with client service, estimating, and budgeting as needed, and mentor staff to improve performance and grow the business. This role is based in Texas and involves hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience managing landscape maintenance crews and field operations.
• Ability to communicate with Account Managers and clients to understand needs.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and direct crews to perform landscape services on large HOA and commercial properties.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors for quality work.
• Monitor irrigation systems and plant health; identify problems and propose solutions.
• Enforce safety policies and training; maintain paperwork and Aspire entries.
