Job summary

Juniper Landscaping, Inc. is growing and seeks a Landscape Production Manager to lead our Commercial Landscape Maintenance operations for large HOA portfolios and commercial properties.

You will schedule crews, coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors, and ensure service quality meets client and company standards. You will support the Account Manager in customer service, estimating and budgeting as needed, with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement across

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs via regular communication with the Account Manager.
• Ensure that job site quality/appearance meet client and company standards.
• Manage all landscape services, coordinating materials, people, equipment and subcontractors.
• Inspect properties prior to scheduled service and prepare action plans for service.
• Monitor irrigation systems, identify problems and communicate recommendations.
• Identify insect or disease problems and coordinate appropriate actions.
• Provide hands-on support to crews to meet scheduling demands.
• Enforce safety policies and ensure equipment upkeep and training.
• Work with Account Manager to staff, hire, and schedule crews.
• Complete paperwork for employee changes and hires.
• Coach and develop growth plans for employees.
