Job summary

Granite Hills Group is seeking a Production Manager in the Southeast US to lead frontline crews, overseeing production planning, scheduling, cost estimation, and materials procurement while driving quality and safety on client jobsites.

You will hire and train crew members, collaborate with account managers, and mentor supervisors to develop team talent, all within a people-first culture that rewards growth and performance.

Qualifications

• Lead frontline crews to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Create detailed job service plans for each client leveraging Aspire software.
• Oversee hiring and training of crew members and guide supervisors on jobsites.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Manager and customers to audit landscape quality and opportunities.
• Develop detailed client service plans with Aspire software.
• Provide guidance to supervisors and crew for timely, quality service.
• Identify methods to improve production and training.
• Manage labor and materials costs and review financial results.
• Oversee hiring and staffing to keep teams properly staffed.
• Lead safety culture and enforce safety procedures.
• Mentor supervisors to grow crew talent.
