Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
• Knowledge of plants, trees, and shrubs.
• Able to work in a variety of weather conditions.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Able to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise landscape projects, including preparing estimates, planning the landscape design, scheduling work, and supervising work crews.
• Consult with clients to determine their landscaping needs.
• Ensure that landscaping projects are completed on time and meet customer expectations.
• Perform hands‑on tasks such as planting, mowing, pruning, and trimming.
• Monitor and maintain the quality of the landscaping projects.
• Ensure that proper safety and security protocols are followed.
• Train and oversee landscape workers and ensure that they are following company policies and procedures.
