Responsibilities:

A Landscape Paver Foreman manages the installation of upgrades for commercial landscape paver projects.

Key duties include:

• Conduct weekly job site inspections
• Complete job site checklists
• Install required materials for landscape paver projects
• Schedule delivery of materials and equipment
• Oversee crew production, quality control, and safety
• Assist in job scheduling and subcontractor coordination
• Ensure all employees attend weekly tailgate safety meetings
• Maintain safety protocols, including hazard reviews and safety gear checks
• Manage hazardous communication records for chemicals used
• Report unsafe activities and accidents per company policies
• Adhere to internal controls and compliance practices to safeguard assets, ensure ethical conduct, and maintain confidentiality

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of blueprints
• Leadership and crew management skills
• First aid certification (or ability to obtain)
• Effective communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic
• Minimum 3 years of construction site experience
• Experience working near automotive traffic and natural water bodies
• Availability to work 8+ hours/day, 5 days/week, with some overtime and weekend work
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures and sunlight
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs., and perform bending, stooping, and twisting
