Here's what you'd do :

A Landscape Paver Foreman will be responsible for managing the installation of upgrades for commercial landscape paver projects.

You'd be responsible for :

• Conducting weekly job site inspections
• Completing job site checklists
• Installation of required materials for landscape paver development
• Scheduling delivery of materials and equipment
• Managing crew production rates, quality control, and safety
• Assisting in job scheduling and coordination of subcontractors
• Ensuring all employees attend weekly tailgate meetings
• Confirming all employees operate safely, including reviewing traffic hazards, hard hat checks, safety gear, underground alert reviews, other trades hazard reviews, and public safety checks
• Maintaining a hazardous communication folder with relevant chemical forms
• Reporting reckless or dangerous activities to the superintendent; notifying the Safety Office of accidents and submitting reports as per company policy
• Abiding by internal controls and compliance practices to safeguard assets, ensure segregation of duties, comply with laws, maintain confidentiality, and reconcile assets

• Bilingual in Spanish
• Minimum 3 years of construction site experience
• Experience working near automotive traffic and natural bodies of water
• Ability to work 8+ hours/day, some overtime/weekends
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures and sunlight
• Ability to lift and carry 40 lbs.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and twist continuously
