LANDSCAPE CREW LEADER must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record, experience in various landscaping techniques, and be able to lead by example with a positive attitude. Also hiring for HARDSCAPE CREW LEADER.

Responsibilities

• Safely and properly operate and maintain commercial landscaping equipment, trucks, and trailers
• Train, supervise, and motivate 2-5 crew members
• Effectively resolve job site issues as needed
• Accurately fill out daily paperwork
• Represent our company in a courteous and professional manner

Other Details

• Some Saturday hours required in spring (March, April, May, June)
• Work is outdoors in all weather conditions
• No winter lay-offs – all crews assist with snow removal and other tasks in winter
• Must be physically able to perform a variety of tasks
