Job summary

Juniper is seeking Crew Members for our Landscape Maintenance teams to perform work on jobsites in a safe and quality manner, ensuring beautiful landscapes for our clients. This role offers hands-on outdoor work within a respected landscape design, build, and management company.

As a Crew Member, you will mow turf, prune shrubs, plant beds, lay sod, pull weeds, apply mulch, and maintain equipment while upholding Juniper's values and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Mowing turf, edging, and blowing
• Pruning shrubs and low tree branches
• Planting and maintaining flower beds
• Laying sod
• Pulling weeds
• Applying mulch
• Picking up trash or debris
• Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape duties
• Digging trenches and holes
• Moving soil, equipment, and materials
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
