Job summary

Integrated Landscape Management is seeking a Crew Member to perform lawn mowing, clean-ups, mulching, pruning and planting tasks across assigned properties. The role involves safely and efficiently completing landscape maintenance projects and assisting with weed control and chemical applications as needed.

The position requires 2+ years in landscape installation, a high school diploma or GED, and a State Technician/Applicator license per local requirements. Pre-employment screenings may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to read architectural drawings.
• Able to safely work alone and deliver quality work.
• Ability to teach and train new laborers.
• Able to follow plans shown on property map.
• Dependable with varying hours based on weather/season.
• Organized, hardworking and safety conscious.
• Communicates effectively; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Follow directions and maintain accountability.
• Solution-oriented and able to apply feedback.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment (skid steer, excavator, backhoe, etc.).
• Perform landscape maintenance with emphasis on weed control applications.
• Store, transport, mix, and apply chemicals per law.
• Follow installation plans with Crew Leader and Ops Manager.
• Assist in loading/unloading equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Maintain clean, safe, organized worksite and equipment.
• Report issues to supervisor promptly.
• Comply with safety policies and company procedures.
• May transport crew to/from site in company vehicle.
• Perform other duties as required.
