Job summary

The Landscape Partners is seeking a Crew Member to perform lawn mowing, clean-ups, mulching, pruning and general landscape maintenance on assigned properties.

You will operate and maintain equipment, follow safety policies, and work with a crew to complete projects on time. Must be 18+, able to read plans, and capable of lifting, bending, and communicating effectively; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Able to read architectural drawings / blueprints.
• Dependable; consistently arrives on time and meets schedules.
• Effective communication with team and supervisor; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Willingness to learn and follow plans and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Operate lawn care equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers) and basic machinery safely.
• Perform lawn mowing, clean-ups, mulching, pruning, fertilization, weed control.
• Follow installation plans with Crew Leader and Operations Manager; load/unload gear as needed.
• Keep work areas clean and organized; report issues to supervisor.
• Support damage prevention and safety program and participate in training.
