Job summary

Ruppert Landscape is seeking a Crew Member to perform landscape maintenance on commercial properties under field manager supervision. Compensation ranges from $15 to $21 per hour depending on experience, with typical 40–45 hours weekly and some Saturdays in spring.

Responsibilities include operating mowing and finishing equipment, mulching, and installation tasks; teamwork and professional appearance are essential. No prior industry experience is required, and company benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of landscaping maintenance experience
• Must be able to lift 50lbs

Responsibilities

• Perform landscaping duties as directed by Field Managers
• Operate mowing and finishing equipment; perform mulch installation and related tasks
• Work in a team environment and maintain a neat, professional appearance
• Participate in events and perform additional duties as assigned
• No prior industry experience required
• Hours are typically 40-45 per week, M-F (some Saturdays in Spring)
