David J. Frank Landscape Contracting in Brookfield, WI is hiring full-time Landscape Mowing Technicians for our Landscape Maintenance Department.

This role offers hands-on outdoor work, growth opportunities, and collaboration with industry experts. Responsibilities include mowing, trimming, pruning shrubs and trees, seeding, sodding, hydro-mulching, spring and fall cleanups, and snow removal in winter (with possible hourly snow bonus).

Qualifications

• Six months+ landscape field experience ensuring client satisfaction and quality outcomes.
• Willingness to learn and improve processes.
• Commitment to safe practices.
• Strong plant identification skills preferred (annuals, perennials, trees, shrubs).
• Two- or four-year degree in Horticulture or related field preferred.
• Wisconsin Pesticide Applicators License (Category 3.0) desired.
• Bilingual – Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mowing and trimming lawns.
• Shape and prune shrubs, bushes, and trees.
• Perform seeding, sodding, and hydro-mulching tasks.
• Conduct spring and fall cleanups.
• Remove snow and ice from November through April (hourly snow bonus).

We are currently seeking full-time Landscape Mowing Technicians through our Brookfield, WI branch location for our Landscape Maintenance Department (LMD). This role offers the opportunity for personal and professional growth, collaboration with industry experts, and the chance to work on hands‑on, outdoor projects. During the winter we do snow removal, industry related training, and complete various maintenance projects.

Qualifications

• LMD Technicians need a minimum of six months or moreof landscape fieldexperience ensuring client satisfaction with quality outcomes in accordance with our production standards.
• Have a willingness to learn and improve processes.
• Be committedto safe practices.
• Strongplantidentificationskills(annuals,perennials,trees,shrubs) preferred.
• Two or four-year degree from an accredited college/university in Horticulture or related fieldis preferred.
• Wisconsin Pesticide Applicators License (Category 3.0) desired.
• Bilingual - proficient/fluent in Spanish is a plus.
• Required to possess and maintain valid, regulardriver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR).
• Required to successfully complete a preplacement physical (to include lifting 50 pounds) and drug screen.

Compensation

• Compensation for this position is based on LMD Technician industry experience levels I - III.
