Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Landscaper I to support landscape maintenance across commercial, industrial, and public properties in Chantilly, VA. You will perform basic tasks under supervision, operate commercial equipment, and help maintain plant materials and landscape features.

The role requires 18+ years old, reliability, and basic horticultural knowledge. You will work outdoors, with possible weekend hours, and join a team focused on safety and courteous guest interaction.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and enthusiastic.
• Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment.
• Familiarity with basic horticultural maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Cut turf with power mowers and edge along borders.
• Prune shrubs and low trees to shape growth.
• Plant and maintain flowerbeds.
• Operate edger and trimmer along sidewalks and beds.
• Remove debris and mulch leaves as needed.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain a neat, customer-focused demeanor on site.
• Report unsafe conditions to Crew Leader.
• Work outdoors in varying weather.
