Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is looking for a Landscaper I to support landscape maintenance across commercial and public properties. You will perform basic landscaping tasks under supervision and help operate commercial landscaping equipment safely, while maintaining plant materials and landscape features.

The role requires loading and unloading materials, following safety procedures, and working outdoors in varying weather. Strong reliability and physical stamina are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and dependable.
• Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment.
• Certified on level 1 equipment (blower, edger, trimmer, mower).
• Familiar with basic horticultural maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Cut turf with power mowers, trim with edger/trimmer and blow leaves.
• Prune shrubs and low trees to maintain shape and health.
• Plant and maintain flowerbeds and landscape features.
• Operate equipment along sidewalks, beds, and structures.
• Keep work areas neat; report hazards and unsafe conditions.
