Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Landscaper I to support landscape maintenance across various properties. You will perform basic tasks under supervision, operate commercial landscaping gear, and assist with plant material upkeep.

Responsibilities include mowing, edging, pruning, planting, and keeping a polite, safe approach on-site with guests and customers. Work outdoors in diverse weather and follow safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Enthusiastic and dependable.
• Ability to safely operate equipment like power saws and cutters.
• Certified on level 1 equipment (backpack blower, stick edger, string trimmer, walk-behind mower).
• Familiar with basic horticultural maintenance operations/practices.

Responsibilities

• Cut turf using varying power mowers, trim and edge with gas-powered tools.
• Prune shrubs and low trees to improve shape and health.
• Plant and maintain flowerbeds.
• Operate edger and line trimmer along sidewalks, beds, and buildings.
• Report unsafe conditions to the Crew Leader and maintain equipment.
