Job summary

BrightView Landscapes in Spring Hill, TN is seeking a Landscaper I to support landscape maintenance across commercial properties. You will perform basic landscaping tasks under supervision, operate community-grade equipment, and assist with plant material and landscape features.

Ideal candidates are 18+, dependable, and able to lift 40 lbs. Training and safety protocols apply as you help keep outdoor spaces looking pristine in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Enthusiastic and dependable with reliable work ethic.
• Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment (power saws, cutters).
• Certified on level 1 equipment (backpack blower, stick edger, string trimmer, walk-behind mower).
• Familiar with basic horticultural maintenance and landscape practices.

Responsibilities

• Cut turf with power mowers and edge/trim using gas-powered tools.
• Prune shrubs and low trees to maintain shape or remove damage.
• Plant and maintain flowerbeds and landscape features.
• Operate edger and trimmer along sidewalks and beds.
• Remove trash and blow leaves before mowing.
• Weed by hand or with hand tools; basic maintenance of equipment.
