Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Landscaper I to support landscape maintenance across various properties. You will perform basic tasks under supervision, operate commercial landscaping equipment safely, and assist with plant materials and landscape features.

Responsibilities include mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, litter removal, and basic preventative maintenance. Reliability, stamina, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Capable of safely operating landscaping equipment (power saws, trimmers, blowers, edgers).
• Certified on level 1 equipment (backpack blower, stick edger, string trimmer, walk‑behind mower).
• Familiar with basic horticultural maintenance operations/practices.

Responsibilities

• Cut turf with power mowers, trim and edge with edger/trimmer, operate blower.
• Prune shrubs and low trees to maintain shape.
• Plant and maintain flowerbeds.
• Operate equipment along sidewalks, beds, trees, buildings and fences.
• Pick up trash and blow leaves before mowing.
