Qualifikationen

• 1-3 years landscape maintenance experience
• Experience leading teams of 2-5 people
• Proficient in installing retaining walls, landscape lighting, irrigation, pavers, sod, and plants

• Coach, train, and lead a crew of 2-3 team members in landscape maintenance tasks
• Develop and implement daily and weekly game plans to achieve team goals
• Ensure job quality and customer satisfaction through regular interaction with clients
• Maintain clean and safe job sites by following safety and maintenance procedures
• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation related to job tasks
