Qualifications

• Experience in the landscape industry preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to lead a team and communicate clearly.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise an enhancement crew to complete landscape bed and softscape projects according to company and industry standards.
• Ensure projects are started, managed, and finished efficiently with attention to detail.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites throughout the project duration.
• Follow safety and maintenance procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for each job.
• Communicate with clients to ensure vision and satisfaction.
