Job summary

Mint Landscapes LLC is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Team Lead to guide a 2-3 person crew in day-to-day maintenance for residential, HOA, and commercial properties in the Washington area.

You will develop daily and weekly game plans, ensure quality and client satisfaction, and uphold safety, while training staff for growth and potential promotion.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-3 years of landscape maintenance experience.
• Experience in leading teams of 2-5 people.
• Proficiency in installing retaining walls, landscape lighting, irrigation systems, pavers, sod, and plants.
• Knowledge of trimming shrubs and trees, plant identification, and bed cleanup.
• Ability to maintain a steady work schedule and work in various weather conditions.
• Capability to operate standard landscaping machinery such as walk behind mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
• Physical ability to lift 50-60 pounds or more.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive and back up a truck and trailer.
• High attention to detail and pride in work quality.
• Openness to future promotion opportunities.

Compensation

$38,000/yr-$48,000/yr to start. Compensation is based on skill and experience.
