Position: Landscape Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Supervisor for our established company, which offers insurance and PTO benefits.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of prior landscape maintenance supervisor experience
• Professional demeanor with a positive "Can-Do" attitude
• Self-starter with a desire for excellence and growth
• Ability to think quickly, multi-task, and motivate teams
• Leadership skills to manage foremen and crews for daily maintenance tasks
• Knowledge in planting, irrigation, landscape installation, and equipment operation
• Ability to work 55-60 hours per week in physically demanding conditions
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, valid Arizona driver’s license, good MVR
• Ability to pass E-Verify and drug testing

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and monitor punch lists for job sites
