Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; landscaping experience preferred.
Ability to supervise and mentor crew; strong communication skills.
Experience operating lawn and landscape equipment and ensuring safety.

Responsibilities

Supervise, train, and mentor crew in landscaping techniques, equipment use, and safety procedures.
Perform and oversee landscaping and maintenance tasks (mowing, edging, pruning, mulching, planting, irrigation, weather-related tasks).
Safely operate and maintain lawn and landscape equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.).
Ensure crew members wear PPE and proper uniforms; keep tools and equipment in good condition.
Serve as liaison between clients, supervisors, and project managers; provide updates and address concerns.
