Job summary

Nature's Perspective Landscaping, Inc. in Evanston, IL is seeking a dependable Landscape Maintenance Laborer / Crew Member to join our Maintenance division. This seasonal, in‑person role involves working with a crew to service residential and commercial properties in Evanston, Chicago, and the North Shore.

Typical hours are Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays during peak season. You will perform mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, planting, and other landscape tasks, operate equipment

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping or outdoor labor is preferred.
• Interest in plants and horticulture; plant knowledge is a plus.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation; valid driver’s license preferred but not required.
• Strong English communication skills; Spanish is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
