Nature's Perspective Landscaping in Evanston, IL, is seeking a dependable Landscape Enhancement Laborer to join our enhancement crew. This seasonal, outdoor role focuses on plant installations, bed renovations, soil preparation, and related landscape improvements.

As part of a safety- and quality-driven team, you will load and organize materials, operate hand tools, and follow plans to meet project goals. Candidates should be 18+, have landscaping or horticulture experience, and be able to lift

Qualifications

• Previous experience in landscaping, horticulture, or outdoor labor is required.
• Interest in plants and horticulture; plant knowledge is a plus.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic hardscape installation or repair experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, perform physical labor, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation required; a valid driver's license is preferred but not required.
• Strong English communication skills; Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.

Nature's Perspective Landscaping, a locally owned company serving Evanston, Chicago, and the North Shore since 1979, is seeking a dependable Landscape Enhancement Laborer / Crew Member to join our Enhancement division. This hands-on, outdoor role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with plants and contributing to the creation of exceptional landscapes. As part of a dedicated crew, you will help complete plant-focused landscape improvement projects with a strong emphasis on quality, safety, and teamwork. This is a seasonal position with work scheduled Monday through Friday and occasional Saturdays during peak season. Compensation

$20–$24 per hour, based on experience. Overtime pay is available.
