Job summary

Nature's Perspective Landscaping, Inc. in Evanston, IL is seeking a Landscape Enhancement Foreman / Crew Leader to guide a crew on plant-focused projects.

You will oversee plant installations, bed renovations, soil prep, transplanting, mulching, and related improvements, while maintaining safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of professional landscaping experience, including crew leadership, with strong plant knowledge and the ability to read landscape plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of professional landscaping experience, including leading a crew.
• Strong knowledge of plants, installation techniques, and horticultural practices.
• Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and organize projects effectively.
• Experience with plant removal techniques.
• Basic knowledge of hardscape and drainage installation or repair is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required; driving is part of the role.
• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Occasionally work Saturdays during peak season as needed.

Compensation

$21.00 – $27.00 per hour, based on experience. Overtime pay available.
