The Landscape Maintenance Foreman / Crew Leader is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for guiding a crew to deliver high‑quality landscape maintenance services. This seasonal, full‑time position offers the opportunity to work outdoors, develop leadership skills, and contribute to the company's reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside a landscape maintenance crew to complete daily tasks efficiently and safely
• Oversee the quality of landscape maintenance services, including site cleanup and adherence to company standards
• Ensure the crew has the necessary tools, materials, and safety equipment for each job
• Communicate effectively with managers, clients, and crew members to coordinate work and resolve issues
• Complete required reporting and utilize data entry software as needed
• Maintain a safe work environment and promote adherence to safety protocols

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of professional landscape maintenance experience, including crew leadership
• Knowledge of horticultural practices and experience operating commercial landscape equipment
• Strong communication, organization, and time‑management skills
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds
• Motivated, reliable, and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Strong English communication skills; Spanish language skills are a plus
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States

Compensation

$20.00 – $25.00 per hour, based on experience. Overtime pay available.
