Dennis' 7 Dees is seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Maintenance Foreman to join our team. As Foreman, you will lead a crew to maintain clients’ landscapes, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to quality standards. You will also track time spent on jobs, interface with clients, Field Supervisors, and Account Managers, and help to train and develop your crew members. Responsibilities and Duties
- Supervise a crew to maintain and improve clients’ landscapes by mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, and applying products in a safe and efficient manner.
- Demonstrate time management by tracking crew hours on route.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, Field Supervisors, and Account Managers.
- Use powered and hand tools, such as backpack blowers, mowers, string trimmers, shears, shovels, rakes, pruning tools, and spray packs.
- Drive a truck and trailer to various job sites.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in landscaping.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
- Physical capability to push, pull, bend, stoop, kneel, crawl, twist, climb, squat, and frequently lift up to 75 pounds daily.

Work Schedule and Environment
- You’ll work four 10-hour days (with overtime in the peak season) with a team of up to 7 people.
- Workdays are Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday, starting between 6:00 and 7:00 am depending on the season.
- This position is based out of our main office and landscaping headquarters in SE Portland.
