We are seeking a Plant Foreman for our customer, County Materials, located in Janesville, WI.

Job Duties:

• Manages, trains, and assists in developing schedules for the production team
• Supervises all production activities
• Ensures product quality, expectations, and goals are met
• Ensures preventative maintenance tasks are performed
• Ensures a safe work environment
• Coordinates with vendors to maintain manufacturing supplies
• Assists or fills in for the production team as needed, including tasks such as:
• Performing general manual labor tasks including cleaning, shoveling, loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions
• Performs other tasks as needed

Work Environment:

• Indoor and outdoor conditions, including extreme temperatures
• Work near moving machinery and electrical hazards
• Work in a noisy environment

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting/carrying 10-40 pounds occasionally
• Lifting/carrying over 40 pounds occasionally
• Standing, walking, climbing, squatting, crouching, kneeling, bending
• Pushing, pulling, reaching above shoulder

Experience & Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of related experience
• Knowledge of industry concepts, practices, and procedures preferred
• Good judgment regarding work site operations
• Ability to work well in a team
• Self-motivated and flexible to team needs
• Safety-conscious
• Willingness to learn and be trained
