Job summary

Juniper is growing! We are seeking Drivers for our Landscape Maintenance teams. This role is a dual driver/crew member responsible for driving a Juniper truck & trailer and working with the landscape maintenance crew on each job site.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, experience driving a truck & trailer, and the ability to work long hours outdoors in extreme temperatures. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, and lifting up to 50 lbs is expected.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required and must clear an MVR check.
• Experience safely driving a truck & trailer.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight).
• Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely driving a company work truck with a 24’ trailer.
• Performing daily vehicle inspections.
• Working as a member of the landscape maintenance crew and completing jobsite tasks including mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, weed pulling, applying mulch, and general landscape maintenance duties.
• Using hand tools, power tools, and/or equipment to perform landscape duties.
