Job summary

Juniper is seeking Drivers for our Landscape Maintenance teams to join our growing crew in the Southeast. The role combines driving a Juniper truck and trailer with hands-on landscape maintenance on various job sites, contributing to safe, high-quality results.

Ideal candidates will have a valid driver's license, truck/trailer driving experience, and a willingness to work outdoors in varying weather. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and physical stamina is required for long shifts in outdoor

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and ability to clear a Motor Vehicle Record check required.
• Experience safely driving a truck & trailer.
• Landscaping experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight).
• Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day.
• Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely driving a company work truck with a 24’ trailer
• Performing daily vehicle inspections
• Working as a member of the landscape maintenance crew and completing jobsite tasks including mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, weed pulling, applying mulch, and general landscape maintenance duties
• Using hand tools, power tools, and/or equipment to perform landscape duties
• Moving soil, equipment, and materials
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
