Job summary

Juniper is looking for Drivers for our Landscape Maintenance teams in Fort Lauderdale. This dual role involves driving a truck and working with crew members on job sites to maintain beautiful landscapes.

Candidates should have a Valid Driver's License, experience with trucks and trailers, and preferably some landscaping experience. We offer excellent benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability and willingness to work long periods outside in extreme temperatures.

Our Crew Members perform work on the job sites in a safe and quality manner to ensure beautiful landscapes for our clients. This position will be a dual driver/crew member role responsible for driving a Juniper truck & trailer and working alongside the landscape maintenance crew at each job site.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Safely driving a company work truck with a 24’ trailer
• Performing daily vehicle inspections
• Working as a member of the landscape maintenance crew and completing jobsite tasks such as mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, weed pulling, applying mulch, and general landscape maintenance duties
• Using hand tools, power tools, and/or equipment to perform landscape duties
• Moving soil, equipment, and materials
• Performing miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and ability to clear a Motor Vehicle Record check
• Experience safely driving a truck & trailer
• Landscaping experience preferred
• Bi‑lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Ability and willingness to work long periods of time outside in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight
• Ability to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day
• Ability to use hand tools and power equipment
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
