Job summary

Juniper is growing! We are seeking Drivers for our Landscape Maintenance teams. This dual role involves driving a Juniper truck and trailer and working alongside the landscape crew at each job site to deliver safe, quality maintenance.

As a crew member, you will perform mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, mulching, and other landscape duties, while meeting safety standards and customer expectations. Valid driver1s license required; bilingual a plus; outdoor work in various conditions.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver1s license and ability to clear a motor vehicle record.
• Experience safely driving a truck & trailer.
• Landscaping experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight).
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day.
• Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely driving a company work truck with a 24’ trailer.
• Performing daily vehicle inspections.
• Working as a member of the landscape maintenance crew and completing jobsite tasks including mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, weed pulling, applying mulch, and general landscape maintenance duties.
• Using hand tools, power tools, and/or equipment to perform landscape duties.
• Moving soil, equipment, and materials.
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
