Job summary

Juniper is seeking Drivers for our Landscape Maintenance teams in Panama City, Florida. This dual driver/crew member role involves safely driving a company truck and working alongside the landscape crew. Duties include performing daily vehicle inspections and a variety of landscape tasks such as mowing and planting.

Candidates should have a valid driver’s license, prior trucking experience, and willingness to work in outdoor conditions. Juniper offers great benefits including health insurance and 401(k) plans.

Qualifications

• Must be able and willing to work long periods outside in extreme temperatures.
• Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly.
• Experience with hand tools and power equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive the company work truck with a 24’ trailer.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections.
• Complete job-site tasks including mowing, edging, and pruning.

Our Crew Members perform work on job sites safely and maintain high standards, ensuring beautiful landscapes for clients. This dual driver/crew member role involves driving a Juniper truck & trailer and working alongside the landscape maintenance crew at each site.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Safely drive the company work truck with a 24’ trailer
• Perform daily vehicle inspections
• Work as a member of the landscape maintenance crew completing job‑site tasks including mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, weed pulling, applying mulch, and general landscape maintenance duties
• Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment to perform landscape duties
• Move soil, equipment, and materials
• Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned

Skills

• Valid driver’s license and ability to clear a Motor Vehicle Record check
• Experience safely driving a truck & trailer
• Landscaping experience preferred
• Bi‑lateral (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Must be able and willing to work long periods outside in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight
• Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day
• Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
