Job summary

Earthworks, Inc is seeking a dependable Crew Member – Maintenance to perform landscape maintenance on commercial properties, including mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, fertilizing, and general cleanup. No experience required; training will be provided.

You will work outdoors on public and commercial sites, operate hand tools and power equipment safely, and report concerns to your supervisor. A reliable transportation means and flexible schedule (including 4/10 shifts, Mon-Fri 8–5, weekends) are

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation.
• Landscaping experience helpful but not required.
• Valid driver’s license a plus, not required.
• Able to lift/move 10–50 lbs. and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) helpful.
• Flexible availability for 4/10 shifts, Monday–Friday 8–5, or occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape tasks: mowing, blowing, edging, weeding, pruning, fertilizing.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas across public and commercial sites.
• Operate hand tools and power equipment properly and safely.
• Load/unload equipment and assist with end-of-day clean-up.
• Report any customer concerns or equipment issues to the supervisor.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
