Job summary

Earthworks Enginering, Inc. is seeking a dependable Crew Member – Maintenance to perform landscape maintenance on commercial properties, including mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, fertilizing, and cleanup. Training provided; no experience required.

You will operate hand tools and power equipment, work outdoors in all weather, and join a team focused on safety and quality. Flexible schedules and occasional weekends are available.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Able to lift/move 10–50 lbs. and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license a plus, not required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) helpful

• Perform landscape tasks: mowing, blowing, edging, weeding, pruning, fertilizing
• Maintain clean, safe work areas across public and commercial sites
• Operate hand tools and power equipment properly and safely
• Load/unload equipment and assist with end-of-day clean-up
• Report any customer concerns or equipment issues to the supervisor
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE
