Job summary

Hazeltine is seeking a Crew Member to maintain diverse landscape structures—from lawns to detailed plantings—on-site at a Florida location. You will assist with pruning tasks, trimming, planting, and weed control to keep outdoor spaces healthy and attractive.

The role requires at least 1 year of landscaping experience, ability to operate mowers, blowers and trimmers, and strong pest management knowledge. Expect a hands-on, team-focused environment with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of proven work experience as a Landscaper or similar role.
• Must be able to operate maintenance equipment including lawnmowers, leaf blowers and hedge trimmers.
• Strong knowledge of pest management and basic lawn maintenance.
• High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to oversee several projects at a time.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Apply pesticides to remove insects such as mosquitos, wasps, and ticks.
• Perform general maintenance like cleaning walkways and fixing fountains.
• Trim and edge around walks, flower beds and walls.
• Plant new decorative bushes, flowers, plants and shrubs.
• Remove weeds and dead plants to preserve health and beauty.
• Trim overgrown limbs, hedges and leaves for an appealing area.
