DJ's Landscape Management in Ann Arbor, MI is hiring Landscape Enhancement Crew Leaders to drive installation and landscape construction projects. You will lead a crew, operate equipment, and own projects from start to finish, ensuring safety and high-quality results.

The role is year-round, full-time and transitions to snow and ice management in winter, with a competitive hourly base pay and benefits including health, vision, dental, a 401(k) match, disability coverage, EAP, and ongoing

Qualifications

• 1–2 years landscaping installation experience required.
• Experience operating skid steers and similar equipment preferred.
• Previous leadership or crew lead experience required.
• Valid Chauffeur’s License required (or ability to obtain).
• Must meet DOT requirements (medical card and acceptable driving record).
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical work throughout the day.

We’re growing and are excited to add new team members to our team! DJ’s Landscape Management is hiring Landscape Enhancement Crew Leaders to support our installation and landscape construction projects.

In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll lead a crew, operate equipment, and take full ownership of landscape installation projects from start to finish.

You’ll complete landscaping projects such as planting, mulching, and bed installation while leading your team in delivering high-quality work. As a Crew Leader, you’ll prepare equipment, direct and develop your crew, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. This is a year round, full time position that transitions into snow and ice management in the winter
