Exscape Designs LLC is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Technician who thrives outdoors and takes pride in keeping spaces beautiful and functional. You will work hands-on with a skilled team and grow your experience in the landscape industry.

This role offers a path to develop essential landscape skills, from equipment operation to landscape care, within a supportive team that recognizes dedication and effort.

Qualifications

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work outdoors in all seasons, and perform physical labor.
• Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one before starting.
• Experience in landscape maintenance or construction is a plus—training provided for right person.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork and quality work.
• Bilingual candidates are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as trimming, mulching and site cleanup.
• Use hand and power tools to keep properties looking their best.
• Assist with loading trucks, hauling materials, and operating landscape equipment.
• Keep the job site clean and safe, with tools and materials secured.
• Work efficiently with the team to complete tasks on time and meet high-quality standards.
• Participate in snow operations during winter months.
