Job summary

Gothic Landscape is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Account Specialist in Hayward, CA. You will build strong client relationships, manage crews, and drive quality and profitability for the branch.

The role emphasizes proactive site reviews, growth of contracts in targeted markets, and effective communication with clients and internal teams. A horticulture degree and supervisory experience are preferred, with bilingual Spanish/English being highly valued.

*This position is located in Hayward, CA.

*HIGHLIGHTS of what our Landscape Maintenance Account Specialist will do, but not limited to:

• Create strong relationships with our customers through communication and service, ensuring they receive quality, timely service on their projects
• Manage crew members as needed including: morning dispatch, performance management, addressing complaints, and planning, assigning or directing work load
• Provide proactive site quality reviews and communicate assessments internally and externally
• Network and earn referrals to help the branch achieve its new growth objectives
• Lead the branch in growing its base contracts in the targeted market segments and geographic locations
• Assist the branch team in achieving its overall objectives of quality, retention, growth and profitability

*SKILLS & EXPERIENCE that are necessary as a Landscape Maintenance Account Specialist will include, but not limited to:

• 2 or 4-year college degree in Horticulture and some supervisory experience is highly preferred
• Strong customer service, sales and communication experience, or combined comparable experience
• Sound time management and organizational skills with a strong work ethic
• Strong interpersonal verbal & written skills are a must with the ability to write and present proposals and bids
• Bilingual in Spanish & English is highly preferred

*SALARY RANGE:

• $67,000 - $70,000 per year (specific compensation may vary based on overall skills, experience and location)
• Annual Bonus potential (specific compensation may vary based on overall branch & individual performance)
