Job summary

Landscape Workshop, LLC in Tampa, FL is seeking an Account Manager to lead maintenance crews and nurture client relationships across a portfolio of commercial accounts. You will coordinate resources, monitor budgets, and ensure projects meet quality standards and timelines.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of landscape management experience, proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook, and a strong work ethic. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years managing landscape maintenance crews and interfacing with customers.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong work ethic.
• Bachelor’s degree from accredited four-year or two-year program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operations of maintenance crews and coordinates with other Account Managers.
• Maintains customer relationships through regular site visits and clear communication.
• Allocates resources: schedules, crews, equipment, and repairs.
• Supports crew leaders with horticulture training, equipment maintenance and instructions.
• Ensures safety for employees, clients and the public.
• Implements Landscape Workshop standards and project guidelines.
• Recommends enhancement services and coordinates with branch staff to remain on time and budget.
• Communicates business development opportunities with sales teams.
• Tracks crew hours, expenses and sales weekly.
