Salsbery Brothers Landscaping is a reputable landscaping company located in Carmel Indiana. We are know for providing high-quality landscaping services to mostly residential customers. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance account manager to join our dynamic team.

Position Summary

The Maintenance Account Manager is responsible for managing maintenance accounts from initial customer relationship through ongoing service. This position serves as the primary point of contact for customers while working closely with maintenance crews, foremen, operations management, and other departments to ensure properties are maintained to company standards.

Account managers are responsible for customer satisfaction, property inspections, crew coordination, service quality, identifying additional opportunities, and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned landscape maintenance customers.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with residential clients.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions, concerns, and service requests.
