You will operate mowers, trimmers, and edgers; remove mulch and prep beds; assist in planting and pruning; and perform spring and fall cleanups, all while prioritizing safety, teamwork, and timely, reliable service.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor in different weather.
• Basic knowledge of lawn care and landscaping practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate lawn mowers to cut grass at target lengths for even mowing.
• Use trimmers and edgers to maintain clean edges.
• Remove mulch from beds and prep for new mulch.
• Assist in planting flowers, shrubs, and other plant material.
• Trim and prune shrubs, bushes, and trees as needed.
• Perform spring and fall clean-ups for tidy lawns and landscapes.

Position Summary

As a lawn maintenance crew member you will be a part of a team responsible for the upkeep and care of outdoor spaces. This role involves various tasks related to landscaping and lawn care to ensure that properties maintain a pleasing appearance.

Responsibilities

• Operate lawn mowers cutting at specific lengths to ensure even and neat mowing patterns
• Use trimmers and edgers to maintain clean and well-defined edges
• Remove mulch from beds and prep as needed for new mulch
• Assist in planting flowers, shrubs, and other plant material
• Use trimmers and pruners to maintain the shape and size of shrubs, bushes, and trees
• Perform general spring and fall clean-ups to ensure a tidy lawn and landscape

Requirements/Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
• Basic knowledge of lawn care and landscaping practices
• Be a reliable individual who shows to work on time and performs their duties to a high standard
• Have a valid drivers license
• The ability to work effectively as a team member
• Have efficient time management skills
