Job summary

Outdoor Environments Group seeks a Client Representative to manage a diverse portfolio of property care clients, delivering exceptional service and driving profitability. You will maintain strong client relationships, oversee annual renewals, and coordinate with field teams to ensure projects meet budget and quality targets.

You will identify upsell opportunities, communicate client needs to operations, and mentor crews on horticultural standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of customer service, account management and/or sales experience.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience desired.
  • 2+ years of landscape maintenance, operations, horticultural knowledge preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively manage expectations with a wide range of stakeholders (clients, crew members, and executives).
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Aspire systems.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of commercial and residential properties; conduct on-site walkthroughs and manage service expectations.
  • Build long-term client relationships and act as trusted contact; communicate proactively and address needs.
  • Manage and grow the portfolio; oversee contract renewals and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Ensure services are delivered within budget and quality standards; coordinate with field teams.
  • Coach teams on horticultural standards, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
  • Monitor job costing and profitability for the client portfolio.
  • Support scheduling, morning rollouts, and field operations as needed.

This role builds strong relationships through clear communication and proactive management of the budget ensuring profitability goals are met. The Client Representative acts as a liaison between clients and operations ensuring client expectations are met, along with identifying upsell opportunities and managing contract renewals. This position reports directly to the Director of Property Care and partners closely with other leaders throughout the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesClient RelationsServe as the main point of contact for a portfolio of commercial and residential properties.
